At Puppy Boutique, we have spent years cultivated a network of high-quality breeders that allow us to source healthy puppies in a variety of breeds. We have regular access to over 60 breeds and occasional access to around a dozen other specialty breeds. If you have a certain breed/color/gender combination that you are looking for we may be able to find it for you!
Once you have submitted your request one of our managers will contact you to begin the pet counseling process. We may want you to visit the store so you can meet other representatives of that breed or similar breeds so we can ensure the breed will be a good fit for you when your puppy arrives.
We will inform you of an estimated price for the puppy that you are looking for, an estimated timeline for us to acquire what you are looking for and require a 30% deposit to proceed with the special order. If the puppy we receive does not meet your requirements, we will find that puppy a home and we will try again. Deposits are non-refundable. If we are unable to source your special order within six months, we will convert the deposit into a store credit which can be used in our store towards other pets, supplies, and foods.
